This Privacy Policy provides information about, and applies to, the processing (i.e., the collection, further processing, use and sharing) of different types of data on visitors to our websites and users of our services by all entities belonging to Do Me a Solid, Inc. and its successors and assigns (“DMS”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

This Privacy Policy applies to any data we obtain from and on you, our visitors to our websites and users of our services, in connection with your visit to our website and in connection with any follow-up to that visit. The processing of different types of data may include collection, further processing, use and sharing of “personal information or data” which means any information or data that relates to an identified or identifiable living person. In the United States, this type of information is often referred to as “Personally Identifiable Information or PII, while in Europe, the term “Personal Data” is used. Visits to our websites and using our services may result in the processing of different types of data. In some instances, this data may be processed via cookies some of which you may reject and some of which you may not, and in other instances the data may be processed via DMS and third-party processors. These statistics are only available to DMS and our third-party agents servicing our website. DMS may keep the aggregate (depersonalized) data as long as we deem necessary for our purposes and in accordance with the law, and may use this aggregate data to report internally. We do not DMS any of our analytics data with anyone else or make it available to anyone else.
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may share your data with DMS affiliates and certain third-party service providers as and when this is appropriate for our business purposes including the processing described in this Privacy Policy. Other than as described in this Policy, we do not disclose any Personal Data to third parties (except as and when required by law). DMS does not sell your data.

7. Minors
We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13. Our Terms of Service require all users to be at least 18 years old. If a child under 13 submits Personal Data to DMS and we learn that the Personal Data is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
